All Blue Series, and Pipe Profilers come complete with Mach 3 motion control software.Our custom version is built on Mach software. Specifically designed for Precision Cutting Systems, our Mach 3 Screens offer only what is required for your plasma cutting needs. From the main program run screen, which allows you to run g-code created by the in package lazy cam, or any g-code that you have created elsewhere. The manual run screen offers the ease of strip cutting, table calibration, and any of your manual operation requirements.

Please contact Precision Cutting for further information before downloading. Be sure to download this version of Mach 3 only if you are using a Precision Cutting Systems table as the one off the ArtSoft web site is not the same and does not contain our settings. Thank you.

pcsCUT is an additional software package. It is available for the Blue series. The basic package comes with column and row nesting. The comprehesive package includes True Shape nesting. Both packages come complete with the 50 shape manufacturers shape library. This software package offers a fully customizable 50 shape macro library. It also enables the capability of importing your own DXF or HPGL files to add to the library for you own modifications. This software also allows for storing your materials sheet sizes and gauges for quick and easy future retrieval. This new software also introduces full nesting capability. Included is sheet optimizing part layout and easy job list saving, for maximizing your material potential. In 5 easy clicks, you have a g-code ready for running in Mach-3.

You will be limited in the parts you can choose from the part library and will only be able to create a g-code for one single part. However you have full nesting capability, but will not be able to create a nested g-code.
